Instacoat Top Coats for Your Commercial Roof

One of the ways we can help prolong the life of your flat roof is by using the Instacoat Roof Restoration System. This helps prevent costly commercial roof repairs and can even double the life expectancy of your roof.

One of the biggest benefits of using Instacoat is the ability to add different types of top coats. Instacoat alone will give you excellent resistance to most non-petroleum based chemicals, but the top coats add even greater resistance, reflectivity, and UV protection. They are also easy to install and involve minimal preparation. This saves us time, which saves you money on labor costs.

Here’s more information on the top coats we can apply to your commercial roof:

• Flexcoat: Instacoat offers two elastomeric reflective coatings—Flexcoat Acrylic and Flexcoat Ceramic. These can both be used with our Roof Grade Restoration System. The Flexcoat Ceramic option adds greater resistance to thermal transmission.
• B-Series Urethanes: These coatings provide additional durability to your flat roof. Options include B-3008 Aromatic Aluminum, B-2008 Aliphatic, and B-1008 Aliphatic Polyester.
• Instacoat Granules: These granules are ceramic coated. This gives your roof improved durability and thermal transmission. They can be used with either our Roof Spray Grade (dual component) or our Roof SL Grade (single component) systems.
